ABOUT ALL SAINTS, EPPING UPLAND

All Saints' Church is in the village of Epping Upland, to the north west of Epping.

We are a very welcoming church and  recognise that everyone (irrespective of age, gender, sexuality, nationality or physical ability) is a valued and loved Child of God with many gifts to contribute and share.

Our normal weekly worship centres around a Parish Eucharist (CW) at 11.10am,

with a non-Eucharistic Family Service on the fourth Sunday.

This is preceded by Sunday School which leads into the service.

The Church has strong links to the nearby Church Primary School, Epping Upland

C of E Primary School, and hosts carol and other School services throughout the year.

The Church is open on Sunday afternoons for afternoon tea from the beginning of May through to the end of October. There are always wonderful homemade jams and cakes on sale.

We are a very active Church and organise a range of events over the year, including a fun dog show, a summer evening concert, and a wine and dessert evening.

All Saints Church is part of the Epping District Team and takes its turn in hosting regular team events and services, including the Dawn Easter Day Service.

All Saints' Church churchyard is closed to burials, although the neighbouring graveyard, administered by the Parish Council, is still open. All but the most recent existent registers of baptisms and marriages and all those for burials are held at the Essex Records Office in Chelmsford.

If you would like information concerning applications for baptisms, to arrange a marriage at All Saints Church, the reading of banns, pastoral visit or a request for prayer, please contact us through the Epping District Team Office on 01992 575570 or email office@eppinganglicans.org.uk .
